What does my diagnosis mean?
Hepatitis B is the most common serious viral infection of the liver and places you at an elevated risk for liver cancer or liver failure. Hepatitis B can be transmitted from an infected mother to child during the birthing process so it is important to take certain steps to protect your health and your child’s health.
